Q: I am 16 years old and I was speeding 25 over. can I do supervision or will my license get suspended? what will happen?
A: You can request it. A parent or guardian must be present in court and you must take a safe driving course, all provided the judge gives it to you.

A: You must appear in court with a parent due to your age. Supervision is typical for a first ticket but it is up to the Judge. You would have to complete traffic safety school as well. Your license would only be suspended for two convictions within 24 months. Supervision does not count as a conviction.

A: You will have to appear in court with a parent or guardian and request Court Supervision. Due to your age, you will be required to complete Traffic Safety School in order to receive Court Supervision. If you are concerned, you should have your parents hire an attorney to assist you with this matter.
