A: You are allowed two court supervisions in a twelve month period but there is no guarantee that you will receive court supervision a second time. Your current supervision could be revoked and if you receive a conviction on the new ticket along with your supervision being revoked, your license will be suspended because you would have received two convictions within a 24 month period. You really should hire an attorney to assist you with this matter to decrease the odds that your license will be suspended. The sooner you hire an attorney the better.

A: You are facing a license suspension if you receive a conviction on the new ticket and they revoke your supervision on the first ticket. Two convictions within 24 months at your age will cause a license suspension. However, you are eligible for supervision twice within a 12 month period, but that is at the discretion of the Judge. An attorney can certainly assist you and ensure you receive the best possible result in court.
