Q: Can you revoke acknowledgement of paternity 13 years after the child was born knowing you were not the father
Knowing he was not the father at the beginning and now that we are divorced I went through the state for child support because he was behind. The biological father came in the picture when the child was 2 years old. The child is 13 now almost 14. What are his rights if he gets the acknowledgment revoked?
A: If acknowledgement revoked for fraud, he has no support obligation and no visitation rights.
