A: Without knowing more it is difficult to answer this question. The officer should take into account any driving manifestations as well as personal manifestations. Although typically it is required to do all the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, sometimes the officer can arrest with less BUT you would need to get the full discovery to see the real reason the officer decided to initiate the arrest. One of many reasons its important to hire an attorney to help.
