They also have poor service as they don’t answer the lines at times. I’ve tried to transfer prime offices but I’m not allowed till September because of my insurance rules.
I have a very disabling condition that requires frequent calls to the doctors office.
The prime doctors are not the staffs boss, it’s a franchise that hires them.
Can I sue them?
A: No, in my opinion you don't have grounds for a lawsuit against the physician. If I were you I would contact your insurance company, explain the situation, and see if they will waive their rules.
