Q: Can the cp ask for another hearing on a default order that is wrong. Ncp was a no show And cp has no info on ncp income
Ncp was ordered to pay 381.00 a month for 2 children but is a millionaire from an estate trust settlement. He did not provide any income info nor did he show up to court hearing. It’ was a default order. What can I do to fix this default order that is incorrect
A: You need to hire a private attorney who will be more proactive in getting accurate income information.
