Q: if a child have a mental disorder what will be the cut off for child support?
My child is 18 and recently diagnosed for a mental condition. He is beginning 12th grade this year.

A: Your child support order should state the cutoff. Normally, child support will continue past age 18 if the child is in high school, but in no event longer than age 20.
