Q: I am being going to be sued by a person I need a lawyer
Most just for money
A:
It isn't clear if you're being sued, or you anticipate being sued. If you're being sued, attorneys should be able to advise you of an hourly figure for defending the matter when you show them the summons and complaint. Don't delay there because if you were served with papers, regardless of the jurisdiction, a response must be made within a relatively short period of time (often in the order of days). If you think someone is GOING to sue you, outline your facts so that your consult with an attorney could be shorter and less expensive (for instance... what are they going to sue you for - a loan repayment, property damage, breaking a contract, etc.). Good luck
