Q: Does court supervision prevent insurance companies from raising your insurance?
I had two court supervisions but when i looked myself up they were still on file, is a court supervision a conviction?
I also just got a third ticket for speeding over statutory limit 21-25
Will i get a suspended license for having 2 tickets with court supervision and a 3rd ticket without court supervision? I have read you can lose your license for having 3 tickets in 3-5yrs.
A: Court Supervision is on your record but Insurance Companies can not see the Supervision page of your driving record.

A:
It is not points but still shows up on the non public record.
You will not get suspended for one ticket regardless of the points

A: Supervision is not on your public record, which is what insurance uses. It takes 3 conviction when you are 21 or older to cause a license suspension (2 within 24 months if under 21).

A: In Illinois, Court Supervision do not count as convictions. However, be mindful the government may ask the Court to revoke Court Supervision and enter a conviction against you if you pick up another ticket while driving on Court Supervision.
