Houston, TX asked in Child Support for Louisiana

Q: I just received the judgement on my card case. It’s says that he have to send the payments on the 4th of every month.

The first payment was suppose to be sent in July 4th and if I’m not mistaken a debt card is suppose to be sent to me to start receiving the payments. How long does is take to get the card? The judgement was made on June 25th. And today is July 18th. I also have a court date for cs on Aug 5th. Do I still have to go even with the ruling already made?
