However her atty. Has reached out to settle before court. How do I respond to the request in legal terms to 1. Deny the false alligations without sounding overly defensive and 2. Kindly propose the agreement that my ex and i agreed upon. 3. They mentioned mine and my first wifes highly litigeted custody to which in the the end we have successfully co-parented for the last 10 years. How to respond to that?
