Q: I was injured in a slip and fall in 2016 Coming up on 4 yrs is that good or bad it’s taking so long

It was in a restaurant located in a casino wet floor no wet sign a very bad fall which I ended up getting surgery

A: It could be good it could be bad the answer really depends weather an offer of settlement has been made which should have been done by this point in general or they are denying liability, which means you're waiting for a trial.

A: It's difficult to offer a "yes" or "no" answer. As a general matter, a common reason why lawsuits could take a long time is that the parties are not able to arrive at a figure they mutually agree upon. Since there was surgery here, the injuries could be complex and a source of differing opinions as to their monetary value. That's only conjecture, though. Without seeing the file, it's only possible to speculate. It could be any number of issues. Good luck
