Q: What if the information the department of safety gives you to reinstate your license in tn is innacurate ?
Dept of safety came up with 3 Past offences all dated in the 90s. The info is wrong. Like the phone number doesn't exist,the county is wrong,the ticket number isn't right. I've called around and tried to get it straightened out but no one can find the tickets the dmv have on their file.
A: You probably need to request an Administrative Hearing before a Department of Safety Hearing Officer. Hopefully it is not too late, and you will need an attorney.
