Asked in Civil Litigation for Iowa

Q: I am the victim of a crime in which the perpetrator has filed for PCR. Is that filed document public information?

I need to know if I am able to go to the Clerk of Court and print a copy of a civil post conviction relief form filed by the perpetrator of a crime against me.
