Q: A judge order family therapy for the victim and abuser of domestic violence.
My daughter is on her second probation for domestic violence against us. We have tried therapy in the past yet and know she does not respond to it. The judge order us the victims to attend therapy with someone we are genuinely afraid of. I asked for a review and the judge told us if I refuse therapy I will be found in contempt... as the victim.
