Q: Can a cop ask you describe a sexual act between you and your boyfriend in detail

Was pulled over a Cop found a brand new boxFigure in in my vehicle it is not illegal in Missouri to possess fake urineThe cop accused me of using it to pass probation tests even though I had never provided a UA for my probation yet and when I told him it was for fetish purposes he asked me to describe the sexual act between me and my boyfriend using that urine in detail in front of another male officer

A: The cops are certainly allowed to ask the questions. The only thing you control is if you answer and how you answer. You never have to answer such a question, but be prepared for the consequences. You should politely decline to answer the question until you speak with your lawyer.
