A: Of course you should have a lawyer your looking at a distribution charge which can sentence you to years in jail, loss of your drivers license, probation etc.. Thus yes you should get a lawyer and remember one rule: Generally the more time an attorney has to work on the case the better the result that lawyer will get for you. Most of us criminal lawyers offer a free in office consultation, I suggest that you call one of us and set one up. Lastly remember another rule of thumb in general with lawyers like any other profession in general the more you pay the better and more experienced the lawyer you get. People pay for success.
