A: Have you and your children submitted to DNA testing to confirm paternity or the lack thereof?

A: You should consult an attorney asap. You seem to be certain that the children are not biologically yours - if this was confirmed via DNA, the divorce needs to be filed (assuming you want a divorce) with a Count for disestablishment of paternity. Time is of the essence as the request need to be made to the court within a certain time after DNA confirmation. If the court grants you disestablishment of paternity and other relief, you may be relieved from further liability of the children.
