Q: will there be an automatic offset in the child suport we recv if my son receives a ssd auxiliary lump sum payment in NYS
My son may qualify for a lump sum back payment for a time period of less than one year becuase his step father was approved for disability and the onset date would make my son a minor for a year. Will this effect the child support we receive for him?
