A: Ask for court supervision. At 25 over it's just a traffic ticket.

A: If you driving record is clear, you can request Court Supervision and you will have to pay a fine. If you have had a number of tickets in the past, it will be a little harder to get Court Supervision. If you are really concerned, you can hire an attorney to assist you with this matter to put your mind at easy. That attorney will review your driving history and tell you what is likely to happen in court. The sooner you hire an attorney, the better, if you are going to use one.
