Q: Should I get a lawyer for speeding in school zone?
Im 19 clean driving record and got pulled over in a school zone, 38 in a 20 what should I expect with or without a lawyer. I had a discussion with the officer on the side of the road that there was cars near me and he said that didn't matter. I was unaware I was still in the school zone and the sign states when children are present which there weren't. This occurred around 9 am.

A: Without an attorney, you are looking at a conviction and an increase in your insurance premiums. With an attorney, that attorney will try to get the ticket amended out of a school zone and get you Court Supervision, which your insurance company will never see. Hire an attorney.
