Q: I was thrown out of a pub because i pushed the security guard after a few words were exchanged, Charged w disorderly c
I would like to know or get an idea of what will happen
A: There is no way to predict what will happen because there are many variables at play. To put yourself in the best position, you should obtain counsel to look into the evidence of the offense, advise you of your options, and advocate for your best interest.
A: 1st there will be an Arraignment. The first step in a criminal case is a court appearance called an arraignment, in which the charges against the defendant are read before a judge. Then you will need an attorney if you don't have one. You will then request discovery. After receiving discovery you will need to file proper motions within 10 days of receipt. The state will give you their recommendation. At that point you must decide whether you will take it or go to trial.
I hope that helps.
