Q: My ex is asking me to sign something saying that 500$ for 2 kids is enough in child support. he has court next week
His monthly obligation is only $399.00 because back in 2015 he lost his job. Before his monthly obligations were 800$ because that is what I agreed upon in our divorce papers. He has caught up on his back child support. And he has a good steady job. I just think that he is maybe trying to trick me into only getting $500.00 when he knows that he would have to pay a lot more. Just looking for advise?
