Last Tuesday @April house 2 visit when her 13 year old son punched me in the arm. My fiance hit his arm back. April approached my fiance asking y he did that n 2 tell her next time. 2 days later at April', her son walked up 2 me n I tapped his stomach saying "that's 4 other night n my arm". April proceeded 2 scream n cuss me. I got up 2 walk 2 my car, apologizing 2 her. I waited at the driveway 4 my fiance 2 leave.That's when I was attacked by April n at least 3 other family members. When some1 finally got them off me n chris n I got into our car to leave when April jumped on our car n beat the windshield, cracking it. I drove to nearest gas station n called police. Unfortunately they said they would have to arrest me instead of them due 2 me having physical contact with the son, who might I add is the size of an adult male. Do I have a case?

From what you have indicated (Using a cell phone perhaps; It is very hard to read?), it appears you have a valid defense to any criminal charges. You don't indicate that you assaulted anyone, including the 13 year-old boy, however the authorities might want to prosecute your fiancé.
