Q: I have court tomorrow and I'm on conditional discharge till July 2020but have not been able to pay on fines due to loss
Due to loss if job n just starting a new job have not been able to pay on them will I be tooken into custody fines are 600 will be able to start paying this week but do not want to go to jail
A: Be prepared to explain your financial hardship to the judge. If possible, make some sort of payment tomorrow to show good faith.
