Q: Can I still get child support from my child’s father?
My daughter is 4 mo old. Me and her father (never married) have just split up and while we were together I was a stay home mother. Im looking for a job , but am planning on taking him to court for Child support as he has little to nothing to do with her now. Can I still get child support if I do not have income of my own?
