A: If New Mexico wants to Extradite you, then they put a Petition together and go through the Governor's Office. And if they do, more than likely you will be held as a Fugitive by any TN LEO's. You can also be arrested for just the Fugitive From Justice Warrant. Whether NM goes after you or not is the real question.
