Atlanta, GA asked in Traffic Tickets for Georgia

Q: Tickets are for driving with suspended license(2nd offense) and failure to maintain lane (hit another vehicle) expect?

Court today nov 20. Second ticket I’ve gotten in Georgia for suspended license. (License are held up in North Carolina where I’m from because of a court date that wasn’t threw out like told and became failure to appear) I have a lawyer there but I have to pay him to take care of case to get license fixed. Haven’t been able to at the moment. Other ticket is failure to maintain lane. I hit another vehicle head on. No one was hurt. Trying to see what to expect.

A: You need to pay your attorney’s fees and allow them to represent you. Your chances of success greatly increase with the counsel of your attorney. I wish you well.
