My brother was given one year at 30% and has been in jail since 4/2/2019 was sentenced on 9/30/2019 his judgment order states credited time from 4/2/2019 till 9/30/3019 but Trousdale county to wants to credit him 9/30/2019 till 12/30/2019 as his time I can’t seem to get any understanding as to why when the judgment order clearly stated something else the time calculator says the prior time was day for day but why would that matter it still equal to 30% of a year
