A: There are a number of things that you may be able do to try to secure legal custody of your grandchild. You need to consult with an attorney to get more specific facts on your case to determine your options.

A: You should consult with an attorney who can review the facts of your case in detail and present you with the options. I agree with my colleagues, you will need to wait until the child is born. -Homer P. Jordan IV, Esq. 404-620-1558
