Q: I was stopped yesterday on my way home to TX in LA. The officer tried arresting me because he said I intimidated him???
He gave me a court order and a citation to pay.
Can I fight this?
I had my newborn son in the car and I told him that I feared my life because he told me to get out of the car but would not tell me why he stopped me until after the 911 call and after I talked to his chief. He claimed that I was speeding- 51 in a 35 and then said that he felt intimidated because I called 911 to verify that he was a police officer.
A: Print your phone transactions and copy your kids birth cert. Take that 2 traffic court with you.
A: What is the court order and citation to pay for? The speeding ticket? Or were you cited for something else as well?
