My son went to spend a little time with his dad do to hardship that I was going through . Meanwhile I missed legitimation court. How to get back full custody of my son
A: If a final order of custody was granted to the father, you will have to show that there has been a material change in circumstances since the entry of that order, which would warrant a change of custody back to you.
