If it was a telephone or electric utility pole and it sustained serious damage, the respective companies could look to you for reimbursement in the cost of replacement, repair, or inspection. If the pole was not damaged (or they choose to handle the matter through their own insurance), they could choose to do nothing. As for any tickets that may have been issued, you may want to consider (if you haven't by now) consulting with a traffic ticket attorney to discuss the matter in detail. Good luck
