Q: what does non-reporting to your probation or parole officer fall under revulsion or technical violation?
He signed up for probation and never checked in . Never got new charges . The charges he was on prabtion for was aggravated what are the chances of him backing up his time or could he received a 15 days for first offense or extend probation or what?
