Q: How to reduce the fine or dismissed ticket for driving with no insurance?
I bought a used car around 7pm and got pulled over around 1230am on the same night and apparently I didnt know that you can buy insurance online because I thought I wanted to wait the next morning to call the insurance company. The very next morning, I purchase the insurance.
A: That will allow you to request court supervision and avoid a suspension. You will have to pay a fine and carry SR22.

A: Bring proof the of insurance to court. You will likely receive court supervision with a fine. That will prevent a license suspension but the Secretary of State will then require that you obtain SR22 insurance.

A: You have what is called late compliance which you will have to show in court in order to receive Court Supervision. If this is not your first No Insurance ticket, you need to hire an attorney to assist you with this matter right away because if you receive a conviction on a No Insurance ticket, your driver's license will be suspended.
