A: You should appear in court to try to keep the ticket off of your record with court supervision. You will likely need to complete a traffic safety course. It only takes two convictions within two years to cause a license suspension when you are under the age of 21.

A: Yes, in order to request supervision. Bring a parent with you. And you will have to take a safe driving course.

A: First, tell your parents about this ticket. This ticket will cause issues with their car insurance if you are convicted. Second, you will want to appear in court to make sure that you receive Court Supervision, which means you will have to bring a parent to court with you. Third, your parents should consult with an attorney to discuss what the best options are. Finally, you should listen to your parents after they have consulted with an attorney.
