His mother, of the family trust, of which he is a beneficiary, is on the deed. Because this house was purchased while we were still legally married, am I entitled to 50% of this asset?

If only marital funds were used to purchase the property, then the property should be equitably distributed between you and your spouse - equitably distribution usually but not necessarily means 50/50.
