Speed limit sign was posted at an intersection where I was changing lanes at the same time I did not see the sign nor was it clearly visible
A: You should go to Court. Dress appropriately, act respectfully, and possibly the DA or Judge will reduce the speed which are points against your MVR. The worst that can happen is you have to pay the same as you would if you mailed it in.
