Q: Can you plead not guilty in court to said unpaid parking tickets from 17 years ago after receiving a citation notice?
My car was stolen in front of the house I was living at back in 2002. I did not file a police report because the car was broken into so many times, I just decided to let things be.
A: What? You will have to follow the procedure explained in the notice. If you requested a hearing, you try to explain what happened but your failure to file a police report will cause you issues.
