Valdosta, GA asked in Criminal Law for Georgia

Q: Is this a case against me?

I had a deal with a friend of mine that if he gave me a motorcycle he had that he could have my truck. But I did inform him the the truck still had money owed on it. I had paid 5500 of the 8000 on the truck there was still 2500 owed of it. He agree and sign the title to the motorcycle over to me. I also agree to pay the last of the truck off but I lost my job. Now he wants the motorcycle back and to keep my truck.
