Q: ex mother in law towed 3 vehicles after I moved out of my trailer on her property. We agreed I would get them today.
We agreed this weekend my daughter & boyfriend would tow cars to new property. After agreeing, she got mad my daughter wouldn’t let my grandson stay the night because the boyfriend of her grandmother was sick and perverted. Taking pictures in women’s clothing and baby diaper and sending to my other daughter. My ex mother in law got mad at me for not leaving my grandson there to spend the night. She attacked me when I was leaving out telling, “If I ever come on her property and disrespect her and her boyfriend then she would take all my stuff”. My daughter in text asked her if she said that and she said, she never said I couldn’t come on her property and get my stuff but said if I ever do it again, I couldn’t. My daughter told her I did nothing but ask her if it was ok for him to stay and I said NO! She told her it was her and I only respected that. We showed up yesterday to get cars early and all my vehicles were gone and she stole other stuff that wasn’t vehicles. I have police report
A: Write an itemized list of what is missing and go to the Justice of the Peace and file a Petition for Conversion. Remove anything she hasn't taken and MOVE.
