Q: Is it my fault for slipping and falling at a carwash and breaking my kneecap and having to have surgery
I was getting out of my car to go over to the service area on March 12 2019 at a carwash, I was going to get change, I slipped and fell in a shaded area on what is called black ice, as a customer came to help he also fell.
It could be, but if you consulted with a Michigan attorney who could examine more details about how your injury occurred, what precautionary measures were taken to melt or remove ice, etc., you could get a more complete picture of the respective liabilities here. Good luck
