Q: Slipped and fell
I had to have surgery to wire and pin it back together, the area I fell was a dangerous area unknown to me but the owner knew because I was later told he was asked to fix it several times but refused I was also told he normally had warning cones set in this are but not the day I was there, a customer who came to help me fell also, would this be deemed my fault for not watching where I was going?
