Q: Parking ticket. Tried to take care of it they said it did not exist now a month later they say its there
Got a parking ticket in january. Called to take care of it but the lady said they were unable to find it and i didnt have to worry about it. Now a month later she calls and says they have it and i need to pay it! Do i still have to pay it?
A: Unfortunately, yes, it still needs to be paid.
Juan Ooink agrees with this answer
A: Yes, you have to pay this ticket. You were already going to pay the ticket, so there should be no issue. If they have increased the fine, you should contact them and tell them your issue and they will likely decrease it to the original fine, but only if you act right away.
