Q: Child Support Order lists % and Dollar amount. Should payment adjust every year or do I have to request modification?
The Child Support section of my 2005 Divorce Agreement (before the Child Support Law changed) lists that NCP will pay 25% of his income, currently at a specific dollar amount. Does that mean every year, that amount should change as his income changes or do I have to request a formal modification to have the amount increased?
