Q: I was in a car accident on 2/20. Guy pulled out in front of me and totaled my car.
Some minor injuries. Since I am diabetic, I went ahead and went to the eye doctor for my black eye and the doctor for my sore arm. His insurance is wanting to settle for $3,500 and $10,000 medical coverage for 180 days. Should I settle with this? It doesn't like that should be all. Please advise.
