Q: Is he being held for the traffic at this point?
My fiancé was arrested on Feb. 4th of this year for a warrant. He had 4 charges that were already set to $20,000 each. I called the bail bonds today to set up a payment plan, only to get told he has 3 traffic that do not have a bond yet (which he was never told of). Hes been to court once (I’m guessing to get the bond of those 4 charges). Then the last court date for March 16th was pushed back to April 14th. In gretna, louisiana
A: Call the Sheriff's Office to find out the fines and court dates for his traffic tickets. Get receipts when you pay. If not, he could be waiting a LONG time in a jail full of Covid19.
