A: You will need a legitimation order to establish any rights to the child.

A: Your parents need to contact an attorney. You will not have any rights without filing in court for legitimation.

A: Until you go through the legitimation process you will not have any legal rights to the baby. You need to meet with an attorney who can help you with the legitimation process. Once you do that then you will have legal rights to be able to see the child, as the court sets forth, and if they violate it then they will be in contempt. -Homer P. Jordan IV, Esq. 404-620-1558
