A: Good question.

The answer is yes, it is possible to charge you in this instance. However, the real issue becomes what evidence does the State have or not have to prove the case against you.

Your defense is very strong if the State has no evidence that is specific to you.

If you are charged, I would strongly advise you to consult an experienced criminal defense attorney who can help you with your defense.

I have been practicing criminal defense for 24 years and can help you if needed. Please do not hesitate to call me to discuss my case evaluation and fee quote.

Stay safe and good luck! Best regards,

A: Yes, it is possible. But whether or not the charges stick will be determined by the facts of the case, including the evidence they have against you. You may want to consult with an attorney regarding your options. -Homer P. Jordan IV, Esq. 404-620-1558
