A: This is an excellent question.

The simple answer is yes so long as an eveidetary foundation can be laid which should not be difficult for a dash cam video of the incident at issue in a criminal case.

I have been practicing criminal defense law for over 24 years.

Please do not hesitate to call me should you have additional questions about your case and need an attorney. Sincerely,

A: Yes police dash cam videos are admissible in court. They are generally part of the discovery given by the state. If one is not provided by the state then you can request a copy from the police agency with the video.
